A complete Identity Verification Notice will be published after professional legal review. That notice will explain lawful bases, retention and your rights in full.

Laa Marketplace may use a specialist identity-verification provider (including Stripe Identity where enabled) to confirm identity for marketplace access. When that flow is used, identity information is processed by the provider as part of verification — it is not limited to browser memory on your device.

A legacy/manual upload path may still be available in some cases. Where that path is used, images may remain only in temporary browser memory for review and are handled differently from the specialist-provider flow. Prefer the secure provider flow when it is offered.
